We cannot guarantee product freshness. Our inventory is sourced through liquidation, wholesale suppliers, and third-party vendors. Because many items are factory sealed, there is no way for us to determine the exact age of the product, and we are unable to open sealed items to inspect contents. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for product age or quality beyond what can reasonably be verified externally.
That said, we make every reasonable effort to ensure that all items we list for sale are sealed, safe, healthy, and suitable for use based on visible inspection and sourcing standards.
Refund Policy – Health & Beauty Care (HBC) Items
Refunds may be issued if an HBC item does not meet the buyer’s reasonable standard.
If the buyer chooses not to return the item, a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund.
This policy exists due to the high frequency of fraudulent claims in this category.
We trust our customers and ask that product freshness or quality issues only be reported when they are genuine. Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future claims.
